COMMUNITY COMING TOGETHER DURING COVID-19

Kibblesworth has continued to rise to the challenge of keeping the village a safe and happy place to live during the pandemic, with residents arranging everything from socially distancing street bingo to collecting toiletries for the local residential homes.

A special thank you goes out to the following for their continued support to the community.

Tracey Parker – for making hundreds of face masks/PPE  for local hospitals, care homes and residents as well as collecting toiletries and cash to be used for personal care needs for the local residential homes.

Thandi’s Village Store for their continued support in providing essentials to everyone whilst delivering  to the vulnerable and those struggling to get out to shop.

Guiseppe’s  Italian Bistro who have provided the take away and delivery service of restaurant quality foods.

Northern Print Solutions who have provided and supported the village in celebrating VE 75th anniversary day.

And last but by far not least –  Micky Dunn, Paul Clark and Richard Lowery – who took it upon themselves to cut the grass verges around the village keeping it tidy for those who are unable to keep their areas tidy during the time the Council are not cutting grass. A fantastic job lads much appreciated by Kibblesworth. Keep it up if you can
